The Garden of Eating: A Produce-Dominated Diet & Cookbook will receive a much needed make-over in the new year.  We have a limited number of copies of the current printing left. When they’re gone, they’re gone. We won’t be reprinting. Instead, we’ll redesign the book, cutting almost 100 pages of the nutrition information from the first half of the book. We’ll add a short intro containing the most valuable nutrition information readers need to know. A new, streamlined section on shopping, stocking and organizing the kitchen and pantry, and planning and preparing meals with greater ease will follow.

The book will sport a new title or subtitle, new index, and new cover. Recipes will still be gluten-free, dairy-free (except for optional butter or ghee in some recipes), grain-free (with the option of oats in a couple of recipes), and with a focus on produce and high quality protein.
